Since I started keeping track of residential listings, number under contract/pending, closings and absorption rate the numbers have become staggering. Listings have fallen from 673 to 452. Under contract have fallen from 1,306 to 1,015. Sold’s skyrocketed from 1,222 to 2,891. And the Absorption rate has increased from 14.59 a day to 18.18 a day.
